Return policy

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have toaccept returns in line with consumer legislation.

GENERAL RULE

All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are custom made and handcrafted.

Please note that our policies differ between products and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a Refund.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

You just change your mind
You choose not to use our product
You've decided our product is "Not what I need"
You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
The product does not meet your requirement
You've found a different substitute for the product

GENERAL RULE FOR RETURN

This clause sets out the only circumstances in which we will accept returns or offer refunds for products. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 24-48 hours from the receipt of the products.

 

Customers must provide proof of damage by use of photos and or video to be attached with their email then the product will be replaced after reviewal.

 

To inform us that you wish to return the products. We will then provide you with details of where to return the products and how to complete the returns process.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
o We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
o If you are approved, then we will exchange the product store credit will be given only. It might take up to 10 business days.
o Shipping back the item is handled by the customer

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

o If you haven’t received exchange or store credit yet, first check Store credit.it may take some time before your exchange is officially posted.
o If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your exchange or store credit yet, please contact us through the contact us form.
